My Dogs Waiting for Their Humans blog is included in an article titled "Pet Projects" in today's New York Post Pulse section. You can read it here. A big "bow wow" to Fred Seibert, Carrie Miller and the interns at Frederator Studios.

I can’t believe my 300th photo has just been posted on “Dogs Waiting for Their Humans”. My approach to the project has been quite casual so I must admit I have surprised even myself with the number. Big thanks to Carrie Miller for all her help.
Below is my original project statement:
“I don’t take that many photographs. The fact that this series even exists is still a surprise to me. The pictures were taken in and around my Brooklyn neighborhood beginning in the spring of 2007. I had started to notice dogs waiting for their owners to come out of coffee shops and delis. I also noticed how individually each dog was responding to this brief separation. I felt compelled to document this contemporary urban phenomenon.”
After a short hiatus, more of my dog photos are appearing on the Dogs Waiting For Their Humans site. (Thank you Fred!)
